FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The NEW LeadershipTM program is currently accepting applications through March 13th for the summer program in Manchester, N.H. which immerses undergraduate New England women in the political process.
The program of NEW Leadership New England from June 5-10 at Saint Anselm College politically educates, engages and empowers young women. In workshops, panel presentations, and experiential learning, participants learn from successful leaders by meeting with members of the media, law, business, public relations, and the judicial, legislative, and executive branches of government. The program stresses political participation as a way to make a difference in a community and teaches skills needed to be politically effective.
Undergraduate women from all New England states are encouraged to apply. NEW Leadership is a residential program held at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College. Participants will be housed at the College for the five-day program.
For questions about the NEW Leadership program, or to receive an application, please contact the co-directors of NEW Leadership New England: Elizabeth P.
