Registration for Saint Anselm College's summer school courses, both online and on-campus, is now open to current students and the general public.
Following a successful inaugural online summer school session in 2015, the college is expanding its summer course offerings in 2016 to 12 courses and opening those courses to all interested students. Courses range in subjects from business and education to philosophy, theology and Spanish.
In addition, students can also choose from 35 on-campus summer courses from 15 departments. Courses can help students fulfill learning outcomes, get ahead, or catch up on class credit.
On-campus courses include Hollywood and U.S. History (history), Biblical Theology (theology), Public Speaking (English), Ethics (philosophy), and Astronomy (physics), to name a few.
All courses (online and on-campus) are worth four-credits and fulfill core curriculum and elective requirements.
Running from May 23 to August 16, the college is offering a total of six on-campus sessions, including three four-week day sessions and three six-week evening sessions, as well as two six-week online sessions that begin May 25.
There are also unique opportunities offered by more than five departments for students to receive class credit off campus, including study abroad tours, field studies programs, or internships.
