Students Inducted into Hispanic Honor Society

Saint Anselm College has announced the acceptance of 19 students into Sigma Delta Pi (SDP), the national collegiate Hispanic Honor Society. The SDP chapter at Saint Anselm College is Omnicrom Rho.

The following just-graduated seniors are now members of Sigma Delta Pi: Keara Bergey, Westerly, R.I.; Patrick Craven, Blackstone, Mass.; Jaimie Kender, Holden, Mass.; Kerrianne Marino, Wilmington, Mass; Austin O'Connor, Melrose, Mass.; Nicole Rugan, Chelsea, Maine; and Mercedes Thayer, Plymouth, Mass.

The following rising seniors are now members of Sigma Delta Pi: Jenna Baker, Scituate, Mass.; Jasmine Blais, Laconia, N.H.; Erin Clapp, Nashua, N.H.; Elizabeth David, Pepperell, Mass.; Samantha Hennequin, Auburn, Mass.; Robert Merritt, Atkinson, N.H.; Rose Mooney, North Attleboro, Mass.; Kayla Morose, Danvers, Mass.; Teresa Samson, Port Washington, N.Y.; Gina Vellucci, Saugus, Mass.; and Lauren Wanless; North Attleboro, Mass.

Anna Boris of Prospect, Conn. is also a new member of Sigma Delta Pi. She will return to Saint Anselm College in the fall as a junior.

The Sigma Delta Pi International Honor Society was formed in 1919 at the University of California at Berkeley.
